For general wellness, we recommend every 4-6 weeks. For specific issues, more frequent sessions may be beneficial initially. Our therapists can recommend a personalized schedule based on your needs.

Certain conditions require physician approval before receiving massage. These include deep vein thrombosis, bleeding disorders, severe osteoporosis, pregnancy (first trimester), fever, and contagious illnesses. Please inform us of any medical conditions when booking.

While not required, tipping 15-20% is customary for excellent service, similar to other personal care services. You may tip in cash or add it to your credit card payment.
